By giving authority and responsibilities to individuals or team members and provide the resources, directions and support needed to achieve the expected results. Delegating by Design focuses on creating an environment based on trust and establishing rapport with colleagues to delegate successfully. Participants will learn tools to engage and empower people to resolve their problems and implement spontaneous delegation to protect discretionary time.
